1. Nightly Janitorial Cleaning:  

            vacuuming, mopping, cleaning bathrooms and changing toiletries, dusting furniture and                                 desks/counter tops, cleaning/dusting interior and exterior windows and blinds 

 

• Receive additional savings when you bundle your cleaning needs with us, such as pressure window cleaning, pressure cleaning, floor waxing and buffing

• Receive a discount if we provide valet trash pick up service for the commercial complex/plaza where you operate.

• We provide cleaning services seven days a week

• We provide the cleaning at the time and on days that is preferable for you (During or right before closing hours, or after closing hours)

• We clean with eco-friendly products

• We offer a complimentary list of things you can do to recycle and implement green living strategies for your business.

• On each day of cleaning, we collect your recyclables! 

• Customer Service available for emergencies 24/7

• Prices vary based on size of premises and number of times and type of services are needed

 

• After-The-Peak Cleaning: If your staff is too busy after your busiest hours, our friendly staff will come to the premises to tidy up messy areas, and return it back to its original clean and safe state.

• Equipment Pick Up and Delivery: Have unwanted equipment on the premises. We will gladly pick them up and deliver them to the appropriate recycling center or designated collection site.

 

2. Daytime Recycling Service and Customer Assistance:

• Set up recycling stations (as needed on the premises) to capture recyclables

• Daily Customer Service Assistance for all of your recycling and sustainability questions such as nearest recycling center or green service/product provider to help you run a more eco-friendly operation. We remove the hassle and time needed out of your already busy schedule to give you the information you need, even as simple as what to do with an item before throwing it away, and

• Keep you updated with any improvements that can be made to help you save money by implementing more environmentally friendly methods in your business.

 

3. Periodic Visitations:  

Visitations by our management team to ensure the quality of service we promised you is being upheld, and to follow up with any concerns of your staff to help maintain and improve the quality of service we strive to provide for our clients.

 

 

4. On Campus Presentations:
